Okay, okay I know that I haven't posted anything new in like forever, but I haven't had really anything to post about. But I just have to share that my baby started preschool this morning and LOVED every minute of it!!!
Lets start at the begining, I had her tested for speech a couple of weeks ago, because we have been having a hard time understanding her. Which would lead to her geting frustrated and upset that we didn't know what she was talking about. Grandpa Ted (my mom's husband) calls her Chinese girl, because he can never understand her. She also has about 4-5 letters that she can't say which are g, k, f, s and z. Add that to not being being able to understand her and we were at a loss most times as to what she was saying. Well she qualified to go to the Early Intervention and go to the preschool just down the road from home. She gets to go two days a week and ride the bus to and from!
She started today and was up early and excited to go. She was dressed and completely ready before Tanner and Logan were and they have to leave at 8:15. I took her to school this morning just because it was her first day. She had no issues with me leaving her at her class, she went without a problem. Although once I was out in my car and driving home, I got choked up. She is my baby and I am not completely ready for her to leave home and go to school. But alas I know that the day comes to let them go. I am better this afternoon and why shouldn't I be, when she gets off the bus, with a HUGE smile and comes running to me. She had a great day and is excited to be home, just as she was excited to go to school, she was just as excited to be home with mom again!
*Oh, I just have to say that she pointed out that everything that she was wearing, was princesses. Her shirt was Tinkerbell, shoes were three different princesses, same with her backpack and her jacket. Can you tell that she loves Disney princesses?!
